Damaged Items

In the unlikely event of a damaged, defective or different item delivered, please drop us an email on tasuvure@gmail.com with the product code, and billing information within 48 hours and our team will assist you.

Duplicate Payments

In case of duplicate payments for the same order, we refund the payment amount (less of any payment gateway transaction charges if any) within 15 business days.
