Returns/ Exchange

We do not accept any returns or exchanges unless the piece is damaged or defective.

Duplicate Payments

If duplicate payments are made for the same order, we will refund the payment amount (less any payment gateway transaction charges, if applicable) within 10-15 business days.

Damaged Items

In the rare event of receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us via email at tasuvure.customercare@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include the product code and billing information, and our team will assist you promptly. The refund would take 10-15 business days after garment is returned to our office
